We loved the character of all the rooms- each was unique. The staff was very friendly and kind, and they gave us a free upgrade because our original room’s A/C went out. The bathtub was great and the bed was comfortable.

We were here for the solar eclipse on April 7th & 8th. The location was perfect. The motel is set back off the road, so you don’t hear traffic and it is situated against a backdrop of trees, so it doesn’t feel commercial. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice size refrigerator and a small microwave. A washer and dryer and a large ice machine is available. We felt lucky to have found this gem at a very reasonable price.

The property at Mentor is lovely and close to the locations I wanted to visit. After we arrived, I realized we had stayed here before as part of a tour group. Love the beautiful lobby. The staff was quick to provide extra conditioner (I have really long hair) and a shampoo, as we had three in our party.

Absolutely nothing!! Me and my husband have been put on the dnr list for no reason at all. I've spent thousands of dollars with this hotel over the last year. lived here for months at a time never had any issues. Couldn't even give me a reason for it. They have sex offenders working and living there it's disgusting.
